1. Scope / 适用范围
"cagd Personal Drive Sync" (the "App") is a private, non-commercial tool operated by a single individual (the "Owner") to back up and sync the Owner's own code and personal files to the Owner's own Google Drive account, using the open-source tool rclone. The App is not offered to the public and has no other users.
本应用为个人自用、非商业工具，仅用于把所有者本人的代码与私人文件通过开源工具 rclone 备份、同步到所有者本人的 Google Drive。不对外提供服务，没有其他用户。
2. Data accessed / 访问的数据
With the Owner's explicit OAuth consent, the App accesses files and folders in the Owner's Google Drive (scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive) solely to list, upload, download, and manage the Owner's own files.
经所有者授权，应用仅访问所有者本人 Google Drive 中的文件与文件夹，用于列出、上传、下载和管理其本人文件。
3. Storage & sharing / 存储与共享
- OAuth tokens are stored only on the Owner's own server, readable only by the Owner.
- No data is sold, shared with, or transferred to any third party.
- No data is used for advertising, analytics, profiling, or training AI/ML models.
- OAuth 凭据仅保存在所有者自己的服务器上；数据不出售、不共享、不转交任何第三方；不用于广告、分析、画像或模型训练。
4. Google API Services User Data Policy
The App's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
5. Retention & revocation / 保留与撤销
Data remains in the Owner's Google Drive under the Owner's control. Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, after which the stored token becomes invalid and is deleted from the server.
数据始终留在所有者的 Google Drive 中。可随时在上述页面撤销授权，撤销后服务器上的凭据失效并删除。
